Please could anyone offer some advice?
My wife and I are about to go finalise purchase of a 1.2L TSI (85BHP) Fabia, its 5 years old and has done about 37K.
It's from a garage and when we test drove it the coolant light came on after 5 minutes, we were happy with everything else about the car so we decided to go a head with the purchase on the condition that whatever was wrong with the coolant was sorted.
A few days later they said the coolant problem was sorted and that it had gone though an MOT with no problems, then just as we were due to go in they phoned saying there was coolant problem again and that they needed to order parts.
It's caused us to have second thoughts so my question is this- Should we be worried about the coolant system or is it something that can be easily replaced.
