Fabia clockspring installation

Hi there,

one thing bothers me about clockspring installation. There is notice on item " Caution: set to center position, do not alter this adjustment"

Does it mean that it is preset to center position, that sounds logical to me, or i have to position it my myself as seen on this youtube video guide:
