I've just taken delivery of my Fabia mk3 SE 1.2 tsi 90 and I've noticed that when I pull the headlight control on the steering column towards me (temporary high beam) it seems to use both full beam and dipped beam bulbs giving pretty good lighting on dark Sussex lanes, however, when I push the same control forward for normal full beam it seems to switch off the dipped beam meaning there's ok lighting further ahead but not much just in front of the car. Is it normal to have a difference between temporary and normal full beam? Has anyone else had this 'problem' (if that's what it is)?
