Honest opinion - fabia VRS or fiesta ST

Hi all first post here. I'm 29 and drove a 1.3 corsa cdti 2005. Fancy a change for something quicker.

I do around 6000 miles per year. Do you guys recommend the fabia VRS or a fiesta ST. I prefer petrol but not so sure about MPG
